Downtown Walking Ofrenda Tour
For Downtown Businesses

We are excited to invite you to participate in a special downtown community event:

The Dia de los Muertos Ofrenda Walking Tour! This event will take place from October 21st to November 2nd and will feature beautifully crafted ofrendas (altars) displayed in participating downtown businesses.

(Not to be confused with the Community Ofrenda Display. The Walking Tour is for ofrendas inside various businesses. If you are interested in setting up an ofrenda in the Community Display, please click here.)

What is an Ofrenda?

An ofrenda is a traditional altar created to honor loved ones who have passed away. It is a central element of the Dia de los Muertos celebration and often includes photos, favorite foods, flowers, and other meaningful items.

How Your Business Can Participate:

1. Create an Ofrenda: Design and set up an ofrenda in your business showcasing your unique style and creativity.

2. Display Dates: The Ofrendas will be displayed from October 21st to November 2nd.

3. Walking Tour: Your business will be featured on a walking tour map, inviting the community to visit and admire your ofrenda.

Benefits of Participating:

- Engage with the community and celebrate a beautiful cultural tradition.

- Increase foot traffic to your business during the event.

- Be part of a collective effort to enhance our downtown area.

If you are interested in participating, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to provide more information or answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to celebrate Dia de los Muertos with us. We look forward to your participation!
